10月,我们接到复方阿胶浆的brief:

简言之,在成都,渗透“好气血,不再虚”的品牌心智,触达25-45岁女性客群

虚,指的是气血不足时体虚的虚,包括失眠、疲倦、生理机能紊乱等。

那成都虚吗?成都哪里虚?这座热辣滚烫、极具松弛感的城市,正应了那句口头禅——成都不得虚!

乍一想有点矛盾,但那个好的点子早已在市中心静待着被创意了!——多年来,成都IFS的爬墙熊猫为何一直哼哧哼哧爬不上去,别问,问就是在演当代虚人的精神状态!

过去有品牌“嘴替”,那在成都,我们成功找到了品牌“熊替”


 


HS城市营销“三感策略”——营销在地感、心智直观感、情绪满足感

营销在地感:善用成都爬墙熊猫,创造品牌不虚小熊


城市营销不应只有流量逻辑,即在商圈地标做信息曝光。成都作为一个多维文化空间——熊猫、火锅、麻将、戏剧、饮茶、三星堆,都是独属于这座城市的营销抓手。而IFS大熊猫这个天然媒介,则是让城心流量和独有文化兼得的巧妙解题。

 

爬墙熊猫在演虚人,那相应地得有不虚熊猫给它一点点补气血的提醒。因此,我们创造了一只气血充盈的粉色系熊猫(没黑眼圈、自带腮红),并为她注册了IP名——不虚小熊。在成都IFS前,指“腚”爬墙熊猫,形成了虚与不虚隔空对话的创意联动。

心智直观感:圈地自萌式媒介投放,不虚心智包围春熙路


除了落地不虚小熊,在成都IFS所在的春熙路,我们还进行了“圈地自萌”式媒介投放——爬墙熊猫正对面的伊势丹百货大屏有不虚小熊在“指指点点”,斜对面的苏宁大屏也有不虚小熊在霸屏种草,以及58路公交车、总府路主干线公交候车亭海王星辰药店等春熙路周边点位,都有好气血在线的不虚小熊,给爬墙熊猫也给春熙路近百万计的路人,关于“好气血不再虚”的一段粉红色的回忆。

线上,#成都春熙路小熊姐命张力好强# 窜升微博热搜榜39位。川渝知名媒体四川观察,以及小红书达人纷纷前来打卡,和不虚小熊一起凹出不虚的命张力:

“小喝一口养身,大喝一口passion”

“气血加满,气场加冕”

“为每一个反卷斗士撑场面”

“少一点PPT,多一点APT”

“生如成都,热辣滚烫”

……

在人潮汹涌的春熙路,不虚小熊在一声声“好乖!”、一张张合照中俨然成了当天最“路转粉”的打卡地。

情绪满足感:要把“虚”讲实,亦要把“虚”讲柔软


传统药企做营销往往表达很“硬直”,解法很“粗放”,但我们在心智传播上早早定下铁律——绝不放大关于“虚”的健康焦虑,最优解一定是让大家知晓气血虚弱是怎么回事,给一个柔软且善意的小提醒,最后让大家乐呵乐呵得了,这也是复方阿胶浆区隔于行业传统的、不可忽略的情绪价值。

 

一个在演虚人精神状态的爬墙熊猫,一个命张力满满的不虚小熊,一场博君一笑的创意联动,娱乐之余让人们对虚与不虚有了鲜明认知,乐呵之中种草了补气血的复方阿胶浆。
