1.购物渠道偏好:网购已成为俄罗斯消费者购买电子产品和家用电器的主要方式,超过半数(51%)的消费者只在网上商店购物。与此同时,线下商店依然发挥着重要作用,20% 的消费者会同时选择线上线下渠道,29% 的消费者则仅在线下购买。此外,零售应用的使用比例也在不断上升,目前接近一半(49%)的消费者通过应用购买相关产品。

2. 购物时间规律:消费者的购物行为受季节性因素影响显著。黑色星期五和新年是两大购物高峰期,但年中也存在多个购物小高峰,如光棍节、网络星期一、情人节、妇女节、五月假期等。夏季因家居装修需求增加,电器销售量也会激增,年终奖金发放后同样会推动消费增长。

3. 购买决策因素:在购买决策中,消费者会综合考虑多种因素。价格是最重要的因素之一,59% 的消费者在选购时将其列为首要考虑因素;网上评论的重要性紧随其后,54% 的消费者会依据评论做出决策;功能、个人体验和品牌认知度也在一定程度上影响着消费者的选择。品牌在电子产品购买决策中的影响力较大,但在家用电器领域相对较弱。尽管如此,消费者对新品牌的接受度较高,只要满足需求、价格合理且网上评价良好,即使是陌生品牌也会被考虑。

营销与销售策略


1. 线上渠道投资:鉴于大多数俄罗斯消费者在购买前会在网上搜索和比价,品牌应加大在定向搜索引擎关键词广告和应用方面的投资。通过优化线上渠道,针对比价关键词进行精准营销,能够在客户旅程的初始阶段吸引潜在客户。同时,推动消费者下载应用,利用应用广告增加流量和销售额。
