职位描述

岗位职责：

1. 对接客户，了解需求以及高效归纳整合，传递信息给团队；

2. 配合上级与团队，进行digital.social项目背景调研，需求分析评估，方案撰写，Brief制作，预算与项目周期制定及落地执行与结案等；

3. 针对项目各类报告，包括但不仅限于结案报告，复盘报告，以及各个供应商，如媒介，互动开发等团队的执行及商务把控，日常工作项目流程汇报等。

1. Contact with clients，disseminate information to all team members as appropriate and efficient；

2. Support superiors and team with background research for digital/social campaigns , demand analysis and evaluation, proposal compiling, internal brief preparation, budget allocation, scope project, develop schedule and oversee implementation；

3.  Ensure all sorts of files and documentation are properly maintained, including but not limited to final report, evaluation report；the implementation and business procedure with vendor ; daily report, etc…

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有social营销相关工作经验；

2. 热爱广告行业，逻辑思维缜密，有较强的搜索能力；

3. 喜欢玩微博微信豆瓣，擅用热门APP，具有敏锐的洞察力，较强的理解能力，善于表达和沟通；

4. 创意思维活跃，有趣，细心.耐心，兴趣爱好广泛；

5. 熟练操作常用办公软件（word.ppt.excel）等；

6. 英语熟练，书面翻译能力上佳者优先。

1. Bachelor degree or above, working experience in social marketing ;

2. Passion for advertising industry, strict to reasonable logic thinking, strong research capabilities;

3. Familiar with popular social APPs like Weibo, WeChat, DOUBAN etc; possess keen insight, comprehension capability and strong communication skills;

4. Dynamic creative thinking, fascinating, attentive, patient, and has a wide range of interests;

5. Proficiency in common office software (word, ppt, excel)；

6. Business fluency in English；proficiency in written translation is preferred.
