工作内容：

1.     负责创意产出及主要视觉效果表现，参与广告的创意及设计执行；

2.     准确了解项目目的及策略方向并贯彻执行，与文案密切协作完成创意表现；

3.     掌握广告前沿趋势完成各种平面设计和数字媒介等创意视觉表现；

4.     协助落地执案和创意,提供专业视觉表现支持，保证高效率、高质量的完成工作；

5.     带领设计团队确保创意项目及时推进。

任职要求：

1.     大学专科及以上学历；

2.     3-5年广告经验，美术功底深厚，Art Sense优秀，有手绘／插画功底优先；

3.     对创意有独到见解和创新热情，有整合传播创意方案经验，整合campaign经验优先；

4.     丰富的视觉传达设计经验，优秀的创意视觉表现力；

5.     积极乐观向上，能承受及化解工作生活中的压力。
