职位描述:
1.负责制定品牌传播与创意策略,侧重传播规划、人群洞察与创意切入点,行业背景上汽车、3C、互联网科技至少有一个深度理解; 2.与创意、执行团队进行项目对接,统筹内外资源,主导产出解决方案; 3.参与行业及竞品分析,跟踪行业及竞品动态,为客户品牌及产品线品牌提供传播策略及创意支持。
职位要求: 1. 两年以上年广告/公关公司策略、策划方向经验,或三年以上客户执行经验,或一到三年互联网甲方或商业化经验; 2. 有涉猎如下行业之一的经验:互联网与科技(手机、O2O、内容平台、智能家居等),汽车; 3. 有涉猎如下项目类型中至少两个方向:品牌策略、整合传播策略规划、产品上市传播、品牌焕新/升级/转型、品牌0-1建设、social 内容策划与运营、品牌年轻化、电商大促传播的策略策划经验; 4. 能够独立完成方案,主导项目方案的推进,对创意、执行团队赋能,有项目管理的能力或潜质; 5. 擅长数据分析、提炼观点为加分项; 6. 良好的英文读写能力为加分项。
