1年亏损9亿元,「奈雪的茶」改名但改不了命

最近,奈雪的茶再次更换Logo和名称,将“奈雪的茶”简化为“奈雪”,拼音“NAIXUE”变为“Naìsnow下文统一称“奈雪”



不是奈雪第一次改名了


早在2022年,奈雪便将“奈雪の茶”改为“奈雪的茶”,字母招牌从“NAYUKI”切换为“NAIXUE以此撕掉“日系风”标签。



而今年这次改名,奈雪内部人士称这是10周年品牌升级”的一部分,为全球化铺路



不过,这波改名大概率改不了奈雪的命。


截至202557日,奈雪股价跌至1.14港元/股,较巅峰时期缩水94%。  


“奶茶第一股”到“新茶饮亏损王”



2015年奈雪以“茶饮+烘焙”双品类模式崛起,2017年走出广东,2021年顶着“奶茶第一股”光环登陆港交所。


高光时刻转瞬即逝2024年奈雪全年亏损高达8.8亿-9.7亿元,7年累计亏损近62亿元,成为新茶饮界的“亏损王”。 

 


与此同时,蜜雪冰城2024年净利润达44.54亿元,霸王茶姬以25.15亿元紧随其后。


而奈雪单店日均订单量从363266单,单店日销额从1.42万元腰斩至8600元。

  


奈雪的问题到底出在哪?



1、盲目的高端化定位


奈雪创始人彭心是坚定的星巴克信徒,2014年创业时就提出对标星巴克试图以“第三空间”打造商务社交场景。



但奶茶与咖啡的消费逻辑截然不同


经过西方文化长久的熏陶,咖啡作为商务伴侣已经是司空见惯。


奶茶从开始流行,就一直是休闲饮品的定位。没有会一边喝奶茶一边谈商务。



数据显示,奈雪87%的订单来自外带或线上,仅13%为堂食。


耗费巨资打造的“大店模式”反而成负担——单店面积动辄90-170平方米,员工成本占营收近25%,远超行业平均水平。  


更致命的是高端定位下的高客单价模式


在价格战白热化的茶饮市场,既无法下沉与蜜雪冰城竞争,又没有与高价相匹配的高端品牌形象,陷入“高不成低不就”的尴尬局面 



2、产品创新乏力爆品缺位



茶饮行业没有爆品就出不了头


喜茶“多肉葡萄”累计卖出1亿杯新爆品「超级植物茶」系列累计售出超3700万杯;霸王茶姬“伯牙绝弦”累计卖出6亿杯蜜雪冰城4元柠檬水1年卖出10亿杯



反观奈雪,自2021年“油柑”系列后,再未推出现象级单品,仅靠“霸气”系列的水果替换勉强维持产品创新。 


尽管后续推出“不加糖蔬果茶”和“每日500蔬果瓶”,试图以健康概念破局,但都没能做出大单品  



3多线作战导致财务黑洞  



奈雪可以说是“茶饮界的八爪鱼”业务线相当多。


对内,果茶、烘焙、轻食三条赛道;对外,投资乐乐茶、茶乙己,甚至跨界咖啡品牌AOKKA


多线扩张未带来协同效应,反而成为财务“包袱”。  



写在最后



从日系风到去日化多次改名导致品牌认知模糊同时又固守高端化和多业务线,在爆品为王的茶饮市场被打得找不着北……


奈雪改名,但真的改不了命。
