过去的2024年,营销行业经历了前所未有的挑战与变革。企业纷纷压缩广告、公关等营销工作预算,有企业应用AIGC取代部分人工,营销工作被要求进行更严格、可量化的考评,甚至有企业直接取消了品牌部……这让不少营销从业者产生了前所未有的危机感。


未来,全球经济仍处在周期调整之中,压降成本和谋求增长是企业的必然选择。一些企业内部的营销部门和外部的营销代理机构,只注重品牌效果而不在乎业务成果,营销规划与实际业务脱节、协同低效导致转化效果不佳、加之缺乏科学的考评机制,营销工作很容易被质疑其价值和贡献,从而被视作成本单元而不是利润单元,当企业压缩成本时就倾向于将其裁撤。


面对这一现实,营销从业者应扭转思维方式,不仅要追求“品效合一”的效果,更要让营销工作真正地赋能企业发展。营销部门应努力成为“内脑”,为企业的战略决策提供支撑并以务实营销来驱动业务发展。而外部代理机构则要努力地成为企业的“外脑”,提供超越单纯外包执行的“压降成本”的价值,才能增强营销职能和从业者个人的“不可替代性”。


为了实现这一转变,从业者必须打破岗位“门户”之见,全面提升综合能力。虽然有些从业者抱怨工作内容增加、岗位职责变得复杂,但这种观念已经跟不上时代的步伐。在广告、公关、运营等不同岗位的工作边界变得越来越模糊时,要求从业者不仅要全面掌握营销专业知识,还应具备策划、文案、视觉设计等方面的能力或深刻理解,才能有效地完成工作或指挥协调团队成员共同完成任务。


此外,营销从业者要培养危机管理的意识和能力。品牌的树立投入巨大且过程漫长,一场危机能在旦夕之间毁掉品牌。在全球经济波动和市场竞争加剧的背景下,突发事件和不确定性成为了常态,营销从业者在工作中要积极管控潜在危机,当发生危机时能敏锐感知、快速响应、正确处置,来保护品牌声誉并寻找转危为机的可能,保障品牌稳健可持续地发展。


技术的迅猛发展给营销从业者带来了冲击,但也提供了无限机遇,从业者要积极地了解和运用新技术,来提升自身综合能力、建立竞争优势。特别要留意的是数据分析驱动的营销决策和AIGC(人工智能生成内容)的应用,正在逐渐改变行业的游戏规则。


数据分析驱动的营销决策正逐渐成为行业的标配。在大数据时代,企业的每一个营销动作都在产生数据足迹,蕴含着消费者行为、市场趋势、产品反馈等宝贵信息,从业者如能从中提炼出有价值的洞察,将有助于营销策略的制定和优化,进行更精准的目标市场定位、个性化的传播互动及基于数据的效果评估,让营销投入更精准高效并提升ROI(投资回报率)。


AIGC(人工智能生成内容)的兴起是对内容生产流程的一次革命。从文案撰写、图片设计到视频制作,AIGC工具都能在短时间内生成高质量的内容,这对从业者不是威胁,而是强大的辅助工具,能帮助我们快速测试多种创意方向,提高生产效率并降低生产成本。因此从业者要学会与AI协作,利用AI的强项(如数据处理、快速迭代)结合人类的创造力(如情感理解、故事讲述),共同创造出更具影响力的营销内容。


面对行业变革,营销从业者不如将危机感转化为积极进取的动力,转变思维方式、提升自身能力、拥抱技术创新,让营销部门从传统意义上的成本单元转变为利润引擎,在时代变革中真正地助力企业发展并取得自身的职业成功。
