但是最近在国内南方城镇的一些街边夫妻小商店竟然收到了来自哈尔滨啤酒品牌方的另类要求

对于啤酒爱好者而言,在炎热夏天喝上极具冰爽口感的啤酒是一件尤为畅快的事。市场调研表明,冰爽度是消费者购买啤酒的关键决策因素,能让他们果断选择一款啤酒。在竞争激烈的啤酒零售市场,谁满足消费者对极具冰爽体验的追求,谁更可能脱颖而出。



哈尔滨啤酒超6成销量源于街边夫妻小店。但这些小店冰柜多暴露在室外的阳光下,尤其冰箱前排啤酒更易受炙烤这对于啤酒的冰爽口感来说,无疑是一场严峻的考验。不利于品牌满足消费者对极具冰爽体验的追求。



冰箱末排,

究竟藏着何种商业玄机?


BBDO团队针对啤酒消费者购买习惯进行的专业调研时,发现了一个有意思的现象:消费者从冰箱前排拿取啤酒时,如果觉得不够冰爽,他们往往会主动深入冰箱内部,寻找那些冰镇效果更佳的啤酒


经过专业监测,冰箱后排的温度比前排平均低6.5摄氏度,在这样更低的温度环境中存放的啤酒,口感会更加冰爽。这一发现成为了BBDO团队帮助哈尔滨啤酒实现“反其道而行”的关键突破口



哈尔滨啤酒品牌始终坚持,唯有极具冰爽的体验,才是打动消费者心灵的关键。于是,BBDO团队和哈尔滨啤酒,针对国内南方部分城镇市场,共同做了一个大胆的决定——在众多啤酒品牌争相抢夺显眼又便捷的冰箱前排优势资源时,反而将目光投向不被各大啤酒品牌看好的冰箱最后一排,专注于为啤酒爱好者们打造极具冰爽的体验



一套搁板设计

能改变消费者行为?


这对哈尔滨啤酒国内南方部分城镇市场来说也是一次极具风险和挑战的决策。毕竟,把所有啤酒置于冰箱后排销售挑战了市场常识,尽管理论上冰箱后排温度更低,可提供更冰爽口感的啤酒,但此位置啤酒难以被消费者一眼看到,其曝光度和竞争力成疑


解决国内南方部分城镇市场中哈尔滨啤酒置于冰箱后排销售所面临的问题,BBDO团队为哈尔滨啤酒特别设计了一款冰箱搁板

搁板一侧采用独特设计,以哈尔滨啤酒Logo中的冰山元素为灵感,做成了突起造型。这个设计不仅巧妙地露出品牌标识,而且有尖角起伏的突起结构能有效阻碍其他品牌啤酒随意摆放也为拿取放在后排的哈尔滨啤酒提供了一条便捷通道

同时,在搁板的最后排位置,BBDO团队设计了弹簧加载系统当消费者取出通道位置的啤酒后,弹簧系统自动收缩,将里面的啤酒推送到通道处,极大地方便了拿取。而且,团队充分考虑到不同冰箱开门方向的差异,设计了通道在左和在右两款搁板,以适配各种冰箱型号。



“一起冰爽体验,一起哈啤”


这种设计吸引了很多南方城镇消费者的目光,更有很多啤酒爱好者为了尝试这口不一样的冰爽,专门寻找装有这种特殊设计搁板的小商店进行打卡。不少南方城镇店主也反馈,哈尔滨啤酒放置到冰箱后排后,店铺的哈尔滨啤酒的销量不降反增。
